AI helps users move through the intelligence. It does not replace evidence, methodology or independent judgment.
1. Purpose
This Artificial Intelligence Disclosure explains how ReguMetric may use artificial intelligence and other automated systems within its digital-asset research platform. AI-assisted features are designed to help users investigate, organize and understand information; they are not designed to make investment decisions for users.
2. AI as a Research Assistant
ReguMetric may use AI to summarize evidence, explain metrics, identify relationships, organize research, answer user-directed questions, generate visualizations, assist with historical investigation, compare information and help prepare research reports. AI is one component of the ReguMetric research environment and should be considered together with the underlying data and evidence.
3. No Investment Advice
AI-generated or AI-assisted ReguMetric content does not constitute investment, financial, legal, accounting or tax advice. The use of AI does not change ReguMetric's role as an information and research platform.
4. No Buy, Sell or Hold Instructions
ReguMetric AI is not intended to instruct a user to buy, sell, hold, exchange, enter, exit, allocate to or otherwise transact in a digital asset, security or financial product. A user's request for such a decision does not convert ReguMetric research into a personalized investment recommendation.
5. User-Directed Research
Users may direct AI-assisted features toward questions they want to investigate. For example, AI may help explain what changed in a score, summarize evidence surrounding an event, compare measured conditions across assets or identify information that may warrant further research. The user remains responsible for deciding what questions to ask and how to use the resulting information.
6. AI Can Be Wrong
Artificial intelligence can produce incorrect, incomplete, outdated, misleading or unsupported output. It may misunderstand a question, misinterpret data, omit important context or describe a relationship too strongly. AI-generated language should not be assumed to be correct merely because it is presented confidently or fluently.
7. Evidence and Verification
Where ReguMetric provides supporting evidence, source references, underlying metrics, timelines or related observations, users should use those materials to evaluate important AI-generated conclusions. ReguMetric's product direction is to make AI explanations a path into evidence rather than a substitute for evidence.
8. ReguMetric Data and AI
AI-assisted features may use information collected, calculated, classified or organized by ReguMetric. If an underlying source, collector, metric or classification is incomplete or incorrect, AI analysis based on that information may also be affected. AI cannot eliminate limitations in the underlying data.
9. Source Delays and Availability
Some ReguMetric data originates from public or third-party sources that may be delayed, unavailable, revised, rate-limited or incomplete. AI may not have access to information that has not yet been collected, processed or made available to the relevant research feature.
10. Scores and Signals
AI may explain the observations contributing to a ReguMetric score or signal, identify changes in underlying components or summarize supporting and conflicting evidence. AI must not be interpreted as converting a score or signal into a recommendation to transact.
11. Correlation and Causation
AI may identify timing relationships, correlations or overlapping changes among regulatory, institutional, blockchain, market, ETF, news, social or other intelligence layers. These relationships do not by themselves establish causation. AI explanations should distinguish observed relationships from supported causal evidence where practical.
12. Charts and Visualizations
AI-assisted features may help generate, select or explain charts, gauges, timelines and other visualizations. Visual presentation can simplify complex information but may also omit context. Users should consider the underlying metric definition, time period, data coverage and methodology when interpreting a visualization.
13. Historical Investigation
AI may assist users in examining historical periods, locating changes, comparing past conditions or organizing events around a selected time. Historical similarity does not establish that current conditions will produce the same outcome, and past performance does not guarantee future results.
14. Asset Comparisons
AI may compare research conditions, data coverage, measured activity or other supported characteristics across assets. A comparison is intended to expose similarities and differences for research. It is not a ranking of which asset a user should own or a recommendation that one asset is a better investment than another.
15. Research Reports
ReguMetric may allow AI to assist in assembling research reports from available data, evidence, user-selected topics or investigation results. Reports may contain automated summaries and interpretations. Users should review important report content and supporting evidence before relying on it.
16. Personalization
ReguMetric may use account preferences, tracked assets, saved research or other user-selected information to make research features more relevant. Research personalization is intended to improve organization and usefulness. It does not mean that ReguMetric is determining an individualized investment strategy or recommending a transaction based on a user's personal financial circumstances.
17. Alerts and Monitoring
AI or automated systems may assist with alerts, monitoring or identification of meaningful changes. An alert indicates that a defined condition or research event may warrant attention. The presence or absence of an alert is not an instruction to transact and does not guarantee that every relevant development has been detected.
18. Third-Party AI Providers
ReguMetric may use third-party AI technology or service providers to support some features. When third-party AI services are used, information necessary to perform the requested function may be processed by those providers subject to applicable arrangements and privacy practices. ReguMetric may change AI providers or technical approaches as the platform develops.
19. User Inputs
Users should not submit passwords, private cryptographic keys, wallet seed phrases, payment-card security codes, complete financial credentials or other highly sensitive credentials into ReguMetric AI or research-input features. Users are responsible for ensuring that information they submit is appropriate and lawful to provide.
20. Automated Output Does Not Override Evidence
An AI explanation does not replace source information, documented events, underlying measurements or established methodology. When AI language conflicts with reliable supporting evidence, users should rely on verified evidence and report apparent problems to ReguMetric where appropriate.
21. Human and Automated Review
Some ReguMetric information may be reviewed, approved, classified or managed through administrative processes, while other information may be processed automatically. The presence of human review does not guarantee completeness or accuracy, and the presence of automation does not mean that a result is independently verified.
22. Continuing Development
ReguMetric's AI capabilities may change as the platform develops. New research interactions, models, providers, controls, evidence tools or safeguards may be introduced. Features may also be modified or removed when necessary for reliability, security, legal compliance or product development.
23. User Responsibility
Users remain responsible for independently evaluating ReguMetric AI output and for decisions made after reviewing that output. ReguMetric does not make the investment decision for the customer. AI is intended to improve access to research intelligence, not replace independent judgment.
