Scores, signals, charts and automated explanations are research interfaces into underlying evidence—not directions to transact.
1. Purpose of ReguMetric
ReguMetric is a digital-asset research and intelligence platform. It collects, organizes, analyzes and presents information intended to help users investigate the environment surrounding digital assets. Research may include regulatory, institutional, blockchain, network, market, exchange, liquidity, ETF, news, social and other relevant information.
2. Information and Research Only
ReguMetric content is provided for informational and research purposes. Nothing on the ReguMetric website, member platform, reports, visualizations, alerts, scores, signals, automated explanations or other features constitutes investment, financial, legal, accounting or tax advice.
3. No Buy, Sell or Hold Recommendations
ReguMetric does not recommend that a user buy, sell, hold, exchange, enter, exit, allocate to or otherwise transact in any digital asset, security, investment product or financial instrument. ReguMetric is designed to provide intelligence that users may consider as part of their own independent research and decision-making.
4. Scores and Signals
ReguMetric scores, signals, classifications, gauges and similar outputs are analytical research tools. They may compress multiple observations into a more understandable research view, but they are not investment ratings or trading instructions. A high, low, positive, negative, strengthening, weakening or similar ReguMetric measurement does not mean that an asset should be purchased, sold or held.
5. Descriptive Classifications
Terms such as positive, negative, elevated, improving, deteriorating, strengthening, weakening, healthy, partial or similar classifications describe measured conditions, data states or ReguMetric analytical interpretations. They do not represent a promise or prediction concerning price direction, investment return or future performance.
6. No Prediction or Guarantee of Future Performance
Historical prices, blockchain activity, institutional developments, regulatory events, ETF activity, market structure, social activity, news, trends, anomalies, scores and other observations do not guarantee future results. Digital-asset markets may react differently than historical relationships or current evidence might suggest.
7. Digital-Asset Risk
Digital assets may be highly volatile and may involve substantial market, liquidity, technology, cybersecurity, custody, counterparty, operational, legal and regulatory risk. Users can lose some or all of the value associated with a digital-asset transaction or investment. ReguMetric does not determine whether any digital asset is appropriate for a particular person.
8. Third-Party and Public Data
ReguMetric relies on information from multiple public and third-party sources. Sources may include regulators, blockchain networks, exchanges, market-data services, institutional publications, ETF-related sources, news publishers, social platforms and other information providers. Source information may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, revised, rate-limited, inconsistent or incorrect.
9. Data Processing
ReguMetric may normalize, aggregate, classify, compare, calculate, score or otherwise process source information. Processing can improve organization and research usefulness but can also introduce limitations. A ReguMetric-derived metric or classification should be considered together with the underlying evidence and relevant methodology disclosures.
10. Data Confidence
Data Confidence and similar ReguMetric measures are intended to communicate aspects of data coverage, source condition or analytical confidence. They are not guarantees that the underlying information is complete, accurate or suitable for a particular decision.
11. Collector and Source Health
Health indicators may describe whether a ReguMetric collector, source or research layer appears to be operating normally. A healthy indicator does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party information. An unavailable, partial or attention state does not necessarily indicate that the underlying asset or market is experiencing a negative event.
12. Automated and AI-Assisted Analysis
ReguMetric may use software automation and artificial intelligence to organize information, identify patterns, summarize evidence, explain metrics, answer research questions, generate charts or assist with research reports. Automated and AI-generated output can contain errors, omissions or unsupported interpretations. Users should evaluate important conclusions against available evidence and source information.
13. AI Is a Research Assistant, Not an Investment Adviser
AI-assisted ReguMetric features are intended to help users explore and understand information. They are not designed to determine what a user should buy, sell or hold. A user question requesting an investment decision does not convert ReguMetric or its automated systems into an investment adviser or make the resulting research information a personalized recommendation.
14. Correlation and Causation
ReguMetric may identify relationships between market activity, blockchain behavior, regulatory events, institutional developments, social activity or other observations. A relationship, timing overlap or statistical correlation does not by itself establish that one event caused another. Explanations should be understood in light of the available evidence and its limitations.
15. Third-Party Services
ReguMetric may link to or reference third-party exchanges, websites, data providers, regulators, blockchain explorers, publishers and other services. ReguMetric does not control those services and does not endorse or guarantee their availability, accuracy, security, products or actions merely by referencing them.
16. Independent Decision-Making
Users are responsible for their own research, decisions and transactions. Before making a financial decision, users should consider their own circumstances, objectives and risk tolerance and, where appropriate, consult qualified independent professionals. ReguMetric does not make the investment decision for the customer.
17. Methodology Changes
ReguMetric may modify data sources, calculations, scoring systems, classifications, baselines, weighting, analytical methods and research features as the platform develops. A methodology change may affect the interpretation or comparability of current and historical results. Additional information is provided in the Methodology & Data Disclosure.
18. Availability and Errors
ReguMetric does not guarantee uninterrupted access, continuous data collection, complete historical coverage or error-free analysis. APIs, websites, blockchains, data providers, network services and other dependencies may experience outages or changes outside ReguMetric's control.
19. No Guarantee of Research Outcome
ReguMetric does not guarantee that its research will identify every relevant event, detect every risk, anticipate market movement, prevent loss or produce profitable results. The absence of a ReguMetric alert, event or signal should not be interpreted as evidence that no relevant development exists.
