Please read these Terms together with the related policies available through the ReguMetric Legal & Trust Center.
1. About ReguMetric
ReguMetric is a digital-asset research and intelligence platform. The platform organizes information from multiple research layers, which may include regulatory developments, institutional activity, exchange and liquidity information, blockchain and network activity, exchange-traded product information, market information, news, social activity, scores, signals, confidence measures, visualizations, timelines, evidence and automated analysis.
2. Research Platform — Not Investment Advice
ReguMetric provides information and research tools. ReguMetric does not provide investment, financial, legal, accounting or tax advice. ReguMetric does not recommend that a user buy, sell, hold, exchange, enter, exit or otherwise transact in any digital asset or investment. Research presented through ReguMetric should be considered together with other information and the user's own independent judgment.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms and using the service under applicable law. By creating an account or using a paid membership, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that your use of ReguMetric is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. Accounts
Certain ReguMetric features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account. You must promptly notify ReguMetric if you reasonably believe your account has been accessed without authorization. Accounts may not be sold, transferred or shared in a manner that defeats ReguMetric's membership or access controls.
5. Paid Membership
Access to member research features may require a paid ReguMetric membership. Features available through a membership may change as the platform develops. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, the current standard membership is billed at $3.99 per month.
6. Recurring Subscription
A monthly ReguMetric membership automatically renews each month until canceled. The applicable price, billing frequency and recurring nature of the subscription will be presented before purchase. By completing a recurring subscription purchase, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process recurring charges until the subscription is canceled.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring membership using the cancellation method made available by ReguMetric or its payment provider. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless otherwise required by law or stated at the time of cancellation, access ordinarily continues through the remainder of the already-paid billing period. Closing or abandoning an account does not necessarily cancel an active payment subscription unless the subscription itself is canceled.
8. Payments and Refunds
Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. ReguMetric generally does not provide prorated refunds for completed subscription periods. Refunds, corrections or credits may be provided when required by law, for duplicate or incorrect charges, for charges occurring after a valid cancellation, for a ReguMetric billing error, or at ReguMetric's discretion. Additional details are provided in the Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
9. Digital-Asset Risk
Digital assets can be volatile and may involve substantial financial, technical, regulatory, operational and market risks. Historical activity, scores, signals, trends, institutional developments, regulatory developments, network activity, market conditions or other research information do not guarantee future results.
10. Scores and Signals
ReguMetric scores, signals, classifications and similar outputs are research tools designed to organize or summarize underlying information. They are not investment ratings or instructions. Terms such as positive, negative, strengthening, weakening, elevated or similar classifications describe ReguMetric measurements or research conditions and do not represent a prediction of investment return or a recommendation to transact.
11. Data Accuracy and Availability
ReguMetric obtains and processes information from public, third-party, market, blockchain, regulatory, institutional and other sources. Data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, duplicated, revised, rate-limited or incorrect. ReguMetric may normalize, classify, aggregate, calculate or otherwise process source information. ReguMetric does not guarantee that every source, collector, metric or research layer will be available at all times.
12. Confidence and Health Indicators
Data Confidence, collector-health indicators, source-health indicators and similar measures describe aspects of ReguMetric's data environment. They do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or future reliability of the underlying information.
13. Automated and AI-Assisted Features
ReguMetric may use automated systems and artificial intelligence to organize information, identify patterns, generate explanations, answer research questions, create visualizations or assist with reports. Automated or AI-generated output may be incomplete or incorrect and should be evaluated against available evidence. AI-assisted features must not be interpreted as personalized investment recommendations.
14. Third-Party Information and Services
ReguMetric may reference or depend on third-party websites, APIs, data providers, blockchains, exchanges, regulators, publishers, analytics providers, payment processors and other services. ReguMetric does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their availability, content, accuracy, security practices or independent actions. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
15. Acceptable Use
You may use ReguMetric for lawful research and informational purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, interfere with its operation, circumvent membership or security controls, introduce malicious code, misuse credentials, use the platform for unlawful activity, or systematically harvest ReguMetric content in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
16. Intellectual Property
ReguMetric's original software, interface design, branding, written material, research organization, analytical structures, methodologies, scores, classifications, visualizations, reports, compilations and other original materials may be protected by intellectual-property and other applicable laws. Public or third-party source information remains subject to the rights of its respective owners. Additional terms appear in the Copyright, Intellectual Property & Data Use Policy.
17. Limited License
Subject to these Terms and an active membership where required, ReguMetric grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform for lawful personal or internal research purposes. This license does not transfer ownership of ReguMetric technology or content.
18. User-Submitted Information
If you submit information to ReguMetric, including contact messages, feedback or research-related inputs, you represent that you have the right to provide that information. Do not submit passwords, private cryptographic keys, wallet seed phrases, payment-card security codes or other credentials that ReguMetric does not request.
19. Service Changes
ReguMetric is an evolving research platform. Features, supported assets, data sources, collectors, interfaces, reports, research tools and other functionality may be added, modified, suspended or removed. ReguMetric may make changes necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, product development or operational reasons.
20. Methodology Changes
ReguMetric may refine its methodologies, calculations, classifications, scoring systems, baselines and research processes as the platform develops or as data availability changes. Historical results produced under different methodologies may not be directly comparable. Material methodology concepts are addressed in the Methodology & Data Disclosure.
21. No Guarantee of Results
ReguMetric does not guarantee that use of the platform will identify profitable opportunities, prevent losses, predict digital-asset prices, anticipate every market event or produce any particular financial outcome.
22. Suspension and Termination
ReguMetric may restrict, suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, misuse, security concerns, violations of these Terms, legal requirements or threats to the platform or other users. Where appropriate, ReguMetric may provide an opportunity to correct a problem before termination.
23. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ReguMetric is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. ReguMetric disclaims warranties that cannot reasonably be supported, including any warranty that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, complete or suitable for a particular investment decision. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
24. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ReguMetric and its owners, personnel and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or similar damages arising from reliance on research information, market losses, third-party data, service interruptions or use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
25. Privacy and Additional Policies
Your use of ReguMetric is also subject to applicable ReguMetric policies and disclosures, including the Privacy Policy, Digital Asset & Research Disclaimer, Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy, Methodology & Data Disclosure, Artificial Intelligence Disclosure, Cookie & Analytics Policy, and Copyright, Intellectual Property & Data Use Policy. Those documents supplement these Terms where relevant.
26. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to ReguMetric will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right or protection that cannot lawfully be waived.
27. Changes to These Terms
ReguMetric may update these Terms as the platform, business or applicable requirements change. The updated version will identify its effective date. Material changes may be communicated through the website, account interface or another reasonable method where appropriate.
